If you're not sure where to start, it's often easier to choose by how bold you want the cup rather than by flavour alone. Here’s Ceyara Tea’s top recommendations for each:
Full & Robust: English Breakfast Black Tea, Cinnamon Black Tea
Spiced & Warming: Ceylon Chai Black Tea, Morning Spice Tea
Fragrant & Floral: Earl Grey Black Tea, Earl Grey Lavender Black Tea
Lighter Alternative: Berry Green Tea
As a rule of thumb, a longer steep and a heaped teaspoon will always give you a stronger cup than a quick dip, whichever blend you choose.

As a general rule, fully oxidised black teas like English Breakfast, Cinnamon, and Ceylon Chai naturally contain more caffeine than a lighter, less-oxidised tea like our Berry Green Tea. Brewing strength and steep time also make a real difference cup to cup.
Yes. Steep time and quantity are the easiest ways to adjust strength. A shorter steep (2–3 minutes) with one tea bag gives a lighter cup; a longer steep (4–5 minutes), or adding a second bag, gives a bolder one.
Ceylon Chai Black Tea is built around classic chai spicing, warming and rounded, designed to be taken with milk. Morning Spice Tea takes a slightly different spice blend, built around cinnamon and ginger, with a brighter, more zesty edge.
No. There's no added caffeine, guarana, or other stimulants in any of these blends, just the caffeine naturally present in the tea leaf itself.
Most people reach for these in the morning or early afternoon, as part of a usual tea routine. Because they do contain natural caffeine, they're generally not the ones we'd recommend right before bed; for that, our Caffeine Free collection is a better fit.
