Dispatch Confirmation

Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details entered at checkout are accurate and complete.
Unfortunately, we may not be able to amend delivery information once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Missed Deliveries
If no one is available to receive your parcel, the courier may:
- leave the parcel in a designated safe place
- leave a calling card
- send an email or SMS notification
- attempt redelivery
- redirect the parcel to a local collection point or depot

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Yes, this tea blend is 100 percent caffeine-free and is a perfect way to relax in the evenings as it will not affect your sleeping regimen in any way.
In one 50g tin there are about 20 to 25 cups of tea, depending on your preference of tea strength. For optimal infusion, it is recommended to use 2g of tea leaves per 200 ml of hot water.
Although we have used only mild and organic ingredients in our blend, we still recommend asking your doctor before consuming any new herbal teas.
Within the UK, we provide two types of deliveries: the standard tracked delivery that takes 2 to 4 working days, and the express tracked delivery that takes 1 to 2 working days.
Even though our Lemongrass & Ginger tea is known for its cleansing effects, it is a completely different tea. You may want to visit our White Tea range as well.
