Delivery Options

All deliveries are fully tracked, and you will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Order Processing Times

• Orders placed before 1 PM (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same working day.
• Orders placed after 1 PM, on weekends, or on UK public holidays will typically be processed the next working day.
• Working days exclude weekends and UK public holidays.

During busy periods, seasonal campaigns, or promotional events, processing and dispatch times may occasionally be extended.

Delivery Partners

Orders are typically shipped using trusted UK courier and postal services such as Royal Mail and other fully tracked delivery providers.

Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Occasionally, delays may occur due to:

• courier disruptions
• severe weather conditions
• transport delays
• public holidays
• customs processing
• operational issues outside our reasonable control

Delivery times to Northern Ireland, Highlands, Islands, and remote UK locations may vary slightly.

Dispatch Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details and delivery information.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details entered at checkout are accurate and complete.

Unfortunately, we may not be able to amend delivery information once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Additional courier charges may apply for parcels returned due to incorrect address information or failed delivery attempts.

Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive your parcel, the courier may:

• leave the parcel in a designated safe place
• leave a calling card
• send an email or SMS notification
• attempt redelivery
• redirect the parcel to a local collection point or depot

Please follow the courier instructions provided in your tracking updates.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

We will work with the courier to investigate the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your tea. If something is not quite right, eligible unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in accordance with our Refund Policy.

We currently focus on deliveries within the United Kingdom.
